Saturday, November 6th\n\nEmma is providing a day’s training entitled ‘Working with anxiety and building self-esteem – practical activities in supporting children and teens’\n\nThis will – as ever – be a very hands-on, fun, gentle, and informative day, where you’ll be able to get ideas for supporting those you work or live with through anxious times and discover new ways to support and build self-esteem. It will also be a chance for some personal development- a bit of ‘you’ time, and to meet like-minded souls to network and engage with.\n\nAll resources provided, including a delicious homemade lunch!\n\nOpen to all – anyone who is interested in supporting young people. No previous experience or qualifications are needed.\nEMMA MOAT\n\nEmma is a fully qualified Counsellor (Diploma, L4, AQA/NCFE) and Play Therapist (Cert / Dip PTUK), as well as a Certified SandStory® Therapist and Trainer.
