Introducing Maze Therapy™ with David Moat

Maze Therapy™ is a therapy tool developed by David Moat, following breakthrough work with one of his clients.

Open to all qualified or nearly qualified counsellors and psychotherapists

Many people will have enjoyed tracing their way through a maze at some point in their lives, often as children – whether it be on paper, or physically walking through one such as that found at Hampton Court Palace.

Tracing a maze can be a very mindful exercise. Maze Therapy™ takes it further, and deeper, enabling clients to experience a release from long-term difficulties. It can be used as a therapeutic tool in its own right or can be integrated into existing approaches.

On this one-day experiential course, David will outline the thinking that led to him adopting mazes into some of his therapy sessions.

Delegates will be shown various ways of using mazes, whether on paper, or through modelling/collage work.

There will be opportunities for delegates to use mazes for themselves, and to consider how they can be integrated into their practice.

The course will take place between 10 am and 4 pm on Saturday 5th October.
A light lunch will be included in the cost of £95.
