This Meditation workshop is aimed at beginners and experienced meditators alike. We will be exploring many different ways of raising our vibrations to a point where we can empower our lives to be more powerful and meaningful. To find a road we are happy to tread with support to help us along the way.
What is Meditation Good For?
Reducing stress, controlling anxiety, promoting emotional and mental health, enhancing self-awareness, lengthening your attention span. It may reduce age-related memory loss, generate positive attributes, like kindness, self-love…, may help in fighting addictions, improving your sleep, controlling pain, can decrease blood pressure. Exploring your energy systems and creating, enhancing and empowering your spiritual links with the soul self.
Simple breathing techniques (Focussing the mind)
Raising vibration exercises (Crystal/ waterfall cleansing…)
Mindfulness meditation (Light Body)
Sitting in the Void (Guided meditation to sit in your own power)
Healing meditation experience using the Ogham Trees (Using the Oaktree for protection)
Guided visualisation (Meeting your spirit guide and receiving a gift/message)
Creating a safe place to visit in meditation (For peace and calm in our lives)
Using music to empower our emotions (x3 movement meditations)
Shamanic Drumming Journey (Shamanic journey to Spirit Worlds)
Positive energy meditations using the elements (Creating a space to meet and merge with the 5 elements of air, fire, water, earth and spirit. Feeling the benefits of each and opening a dialogue within).
Creating positive affirmations to improve self-awareness.
Today will be spent exploring different types of meditations, visualizations and affirmations to help relax, heal and recognise ourselves as the powerful energy beings we truly are. We will be learning to raise our personal vibrations to higher positive frequencies with the aim to empower our links with our soul self. By calling in the 5 elements and merging with them, we will learn to channel their many attributes. Also, we will explore shamanic journeying using drumming, music and movement to explore our emotions and learn just how powerful we really are!
Key Learning Objectives

Learning that we are energy beings and by raising our vibration we can focus our thoughts, channel in relaxation, healing, empower our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies and connect with our soul energies.
Creating a safe space to go when needing peace and calm in our lives.
Learn about protection from lower vibrations.
Thomas Marty is a Shamanic practitioner and teacher, and a practicing Druid. he has worked as an energy healer (Reiki Master, Spiritual healing, Chakra cleansing, Ogam tree healing), life coach, and spiritual life advisor for the last 26 years.
He teaches at JHD Counselling (Training) and is Head of Welfare at an international art college in Cambridge. Thomas has written and published two fantasy short storybooks and a workbook on Ogam Tree healing, all to be found on Amazon and Kindle.
