Never has there been a time in the industrialised world where there is such a great need for us to take notice and listen to the lost voices of our ancestors. The planet, and humanity as a whole, needs us to look back, honour and give reverence to all those who contributed to bringing us into being.

Why do this work?

We are by nature, storytelling beings. We are made up of and come from a history of stories and repeating patterns, be it in our families, in our cultures and in humanity in general.

Imagine for a moment, the amazing plotting and planning that took place behind the scenes by the Gods and Goddesses for fourteen people, from three different generations, to synchronistically meet. In the meetings, life stories collided, people bonded and new stories began. Why? These fourteen people, from three generations, needed to meet in order for you to be born. They needed to meet for your life story to begin and to be made up as it is so far. This is both the history and the fate of family.

Whilst their physical lives may have come to an end, the unfinished grieving, the losses, the frustrations and the dreams unlived, continue to haunt the future generations until someone stops, takes notice and brings healing to those that have gone before us. It is only we the living that can give peace to the ancestors, in so doing we bring harmony and hope to the present and give freedom to those yet to come.

Part of ancestral healing work is also about connecting with the resources and the strengths of our ancestors. Even if our own experience of immediate family doesn’t equate to good memories we can always go back further to tap into the original strengths of love, hope and happiness. There is always someone, often more, who hoped and prayed for someone just like you. You are the answer to their prayers, you are their conscious creation.

This is both the work, the gift, and ultimately the invitation.

All those who have gone before us play a part in making us who we are today. Deep in our mind and hearts we carry the collective story of our family’s history.

This experiential weekend workshop is about reconnecting with the never-ending source of healing, love and support available to all of us. In the process of reconnection we provide healing for those ancestors who need help in letting go of their unfinished stories.

With colour as our guide we will begin the healing and liberating process from the repeating patterns, hidden legacies, and invisible family loyalties. Enabling a joy for living in the now, a hope for the future, and aligning more fully to the life YOU were born to live.

When we honour and listen to the distant voices from the past, we create stronger roots, securer foundations and experience a joy of living in the present, together with the excitement and potential of creating a happier and more fulfilling future for ourselves and our descendants.

You are the one they have been waiting for. You are the answer to their prayers. You are their conscious creation. Whether we have children or not, we are all ancestors in training. What will your legacy be?
