Psychic Development Evening Group – Sound healing and gong baths with Sally Warr

On the second Wednesday of every month, we hold a Psychic Development evening for two hours: 7.30 – 9.30 pm.

This is a friendly supportive group, an open circle, meaning that you can come whenever you are free and you are not expected to join anything.

We have a variety of different subjects and aspects of development, with many different tutors, and most evenings are experiential.

The group is very supportive and non-judgemental, and anyone can join in regardless of ability – we all come to learn and encourage each other.

For our July meeting, we welcome Sally Warr.

Sally will give an introduction about the gongs, do a short exercise and everyone will experience a gong sound meditation (bath) for about an hour.

Sally says:

“Come and experience for yourself the deep resonant sounds of the gong and let go and just breathe. All you have to do is lie down or sit in a chair, make yourself comfortable and be open to receiving the sound vibrations”

Please bring a mat (if you want to lie down) and a warm blanket and a cushion and pillow for your head.
