Sarasvati Drumming Circle – 23rd March

Sarasvati Drumming Circle with Vicki Tofts
Wednesday 23rd March | 7.30 – 9.00 pm

Vicki is excited to welcome everyone back to the Sarasvati Drumming Circle on 23rd March.

It will be the first session of 2022 and after such a bumpy start to the year, Vicki feels as though drumming is what we all need right now.

She would also like to offer the chance for us to drum for and to dedicate the healing energy to those affected by the war in Ukraine.

Vicki is looking forward to seeing familiar friends and new faces at the end of this month.

Drumming is a fantastic way to communicate and share experiences with others. It has been proven to be beneficial for physical illnesses and mental ill-health.

As well as bringing joy, drumming reduces stress, releases negative feelings, improves gross and fine motor skills, and creates a sense of connectedness.

If you have your own drums, please bring them with you. Vicki will have some extra instruments with her, so don’t worry if you don’t have any of your own.
