In this experiential workshop, we will:

Explore creating sacred space, calling in the directions and working with the Air, Fire, Water and Earth elements.

Learn to navigate non-ordinary reality by maintaining a steady 4 to 7 beats per second (theta brainwave frequency) to transition from ordinary awareness into a light or deep trance state.

Connect deeply with the spirit of your drum.

Use the drum to heal auras, chakras, lower blood pressure, alleviate emotional trauma and sonic cleansing (using the sonic vibrations of the drum to clear stuck, stagnant, or dense energy fields surrounding a person).

Drum to merge with our Power Animals.

Use the drum intuitively.

Group drumming to channel spirit, find our collective heartbeat, work with the elemental tempos, trance drumming, and journey work.
