This wellbeing day retreat to RELEASE and let go of that which no longer serves and REJUVENATE to welcome new energy into MIND, BODY & SOUL…As we practice creating this new space we invite nourishing, re-energising rejuvenating energy and nutritional healing and health into our being 🙏💚

Karen will be guiding you through a Vinyasa Flow practice along with Pranayama that will allow you to shift stagnant energy and blockages. In the afternoon we will go into our second practice of Yin followed by a meditation. Allowing you to shift even deeper into the body and mind within the safe space to let go and let flow into wellbeing and rejuvenation.

Mel @lovenutritioncambridge will be welcoming you with a nourishing fresh juice, along with a 2-course nutritious lunch and an informative talk on nutrition for energy and focus. Tea and cake before your journey onwards at the close of the retreat. 💚💫
