Yoga Teacher Karen Norris is teaming up with Mel @lovenutritioncambridge for this Re-treat! They will be offering you ways to support your immune system and address any stress-related issues throughout your day…
The program includes:
Karen will be guiding you through Vinyasa Flow and Pranayama techniques* where we will explore the breath in combination with movement to open up the whole body, releasing stagnant energies and body blockages along with both physical and mental tensions. The immune system will be supported throughout the practice as we shift into a more present and calmer state of being. *Yoga will be suitable for all levels with modifications offered throughout.
Mel will be making a delicious and nutritious plant-based brunch combining antioxidant ingredients which will help boost the immune system, followed by a talk on how you can support your own immune system in order to improve overall wellbeing, using whole natural foods.
The program will finish with a guided meditation by which time your body and mind will be in a relaxed, calm and uplifted state to experience the powerful and healing benefits a meditation practice can offer
At the end of the retreat, you’ll receive a goody bag full of useful nutrition information, recipes and pamper products.
The exchange is £50.00 pp.
